This warranty does not cover:

1. Parts damaged due to overheating, or loss of oil
2. Loss of time or consequential damage.

No labor allowance to pull or replace engine, heads, or short block assembly. Products thought to be defective must be delivered, out of chassis at purchaser's expense, to Nevada Valve Train. Parts covered by this warranty, and found defective, will be replaced at the expense of Nevada Valve Train.

All engines built by Nevada Valve Train have a 60 day labor warranty. If inspection reveals damage or failure caused by factors not covered by this warranty there will be a charge made for all parts and labor used in repairs.

The duty of Nevada Valve Train is to repair the product. Nevada Valve Train has no liability for towing, storage charges or any other parts not installed by Nevada Valve Train. Nevada Valve Train has no liability or responsibility for any work done on an engine or short block assembly by any person other than itself, unless authorized in writing, in advance.

All engines installed by Nevada Valve Train have a 60 day labor warranty. Parts covered in this warranty are:

1. Crank Shaft
2. Rings
3. Pistions
4. Rod and Main Bearings
5. Lifters
6. Connecting Rods
7. Timing Gears
8. Chains
9. Cam
10. and Valves

Broken Block or Heads are not in warranty. Manifolds or Valve Covers are not in warranty. This warranty does not cover gradual reduction in operating performance due to wear and tear. This warranty is for Mechanical Breakdown
